BEST MYO-INOSITOL! Hello everyone! This is arguably the best value product; I've tried three types and these have yielded real results. I experienced PMS with severe chest and stomach pain, alongside irritability and rashes, which were completely overwhelming. Initially, my discomfort ranked 10 out of 10, but after starting this supplement, it dropped to just a slight ache on the first day of my cycle—around 1 out of 10. However, once I discontinue use, my symptoms return. My doctor has advised a six-month course without interruption. I previously tried more expensive options, but couldn’t sustain the costs.
